I'm a smoothie junky - if I can get away with throwing a few things in the blender instead of cooking/prepping/heating up a full meal ... sign me up. I do have a contingency though ... I hate using 10+ ingredients to make a smoothie. Can we just keep it simple?! I generally max out at 5 ingredients ... anything more than that is too complicated for me, ha.

While shopping at Costco the other day, we found a huge frozen bag of several 4 oz. packs of Açaí Berry. It says you can make smoothie bowls with them .. but I'm just going to stick with a smoothie, hold the bowl

Today I tried the most simple smoothie recipe ... and I'm really happy with the result! I'll probably add a frozen banana next time ... I just didn't have any on hand at the time.

1c of Almond Milk (or whatever you prefer)

1 4oz. pack of Frozen Açaí:  https://amzn.to/2J56kAQ (I got mine at Costco, but here are some Amazon equivalents)

2 scoops of Orgain Creamy Chocolate Protein Powder (MY FAVORITE):  https://amzn.to/2u3hscK

+ ice as desired

... and THAT'S IT. Can all my busy peeps say AMEN?!
